Garlic Ranch Potatoes
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby Yukon or russet potatoes, sliced in half
4 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
onion flakes
2 tablespoons dried parsley
Chives
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
red pepper flakes
fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Toss all ingredients together.
Spread potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
